What does my player score mean for my winnings?

Your player score sets a limit to ensure that no individual win exceeds 35% of your total winnings when you decide to request a withdrawal.

Why is there a 35% limit for a single win?

It is a measure designed to ensure that our users approach their sports selections with a balanced and risk-conscious mindset.

What happens if I exceed the 35% limit for a single win?

If you have an account balance of 10,000 and your current balance is 11,000, indicating a gain of 1,000 in your account, you are not allowed to have more than 350 of that 1,000 gain come from a single win. For example, if one win contributes 500 of the 1,000 gain, that 500 would not be eligible for withdrawal. To make the 500 win eligible for withdrawal, you would need to increase your total account gain to 1,428.58 (500 / 0.35 = 1,428.58). This rule ensures that no individual win exceeds the 35% limit and aligns with our risk management strategy.

If your rewards request includes any individual win that exceeds this 35% threshold, the amount won will be considered invalid and will be removed from the eligible payout.
